Again, thank you for your professional service that you all provided. Second but not the lessor is nurse Nancy Coppola who as an employee summed up every single characteristic of an ideal employee. She exhibited a pleasant and helpful attitude, she is dependable, she is professional, she is more than kind and thoughtful. If only all employees had these true patient friendly directions all businesses would better off by hundreds of percentage points. First is assistant Laura Molina who never failed to have a welcom smile and a request to do anything for me.

After meeting and engaging with Alice in the memory care unit, there was little doubt Charlie would be welcomed and treated the way we all want to be treated.
It is very frustrating to deal with this group. We provide an unrivaled level of care and compassion for the residents and their families.
